In accordance with Board Policy 8310A the public records of this Office of the Superintendent as defined under the Freedom of Information Law are available for public inspection and/or copying in accordance with the following administrative guidelines.

To submit your request online fill out the form below, after you submit the form you will be able to download the completed PDF form for your own records. There will be a charge of $0.05 per page for all public records requested.
