The Data Services Department is responsible for student information as it pertains to reporting to the Education Management Information Sysytem (EMIS). We coordinate updates and changes with the various buildings and departments throughout the District. We also attend Student Information System (DASL) user update meetings at NEOMIN, which is the District’s data acquistion site for sending information to the State Department of Education.

The Data Services Department also monitors and reviews information reported to the State for accuracy and completeness for the various reporting periods which include the October count week, December child count, February count week and the end of year June EMIS reporting.
