5th graders get an introduction to the Harding band
5th grade students from all four K-8 buildings got an introduction to the Raider Marching Band, and a look at the various instruments in the band. Students were shown each section of the band, and a brief description of each instrument, so they could begin thinking about their options for joining in the future. The band also played a portion of their haft-time show for the 2012 football season to show the students what its like playing at a football game.

i would just like to thank the fifth grade band for coming out to see what you might be intrested in. i just want to say i hope that you guys join because you guys will have fun. i just love playing in the band and you will to.thanks thanks
